NDA

A NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) is where someone wants to do business with someone else. But they would have to sign an NDA to legally stop them from telling other people or opposing companies about there product. This means that the other person would have to keep the information away from any other companies. If they fail to do so then the other party can have legal action taken upon them.

Collaboration

The Collaboration agreement  helps with indie developers. due to the agreement covering all the important issues for ownership of the game this helps with the creation of the games that aren't made within big Gaming Companies. This is for the games that wont make a lot of money. This is because most indie developers don't work well together, sometimes its as easy as who's doing what, and who owns the project. This is where the Collaboration Agreement would come into play. This is because this says who does which job and who owns the game.

Employment

The purpose of the contract is to show the terms of your employment, It's what the company expects to do for it, and what the company will do for you in return. The purpose of the contract is to set up the terms and conditions for your job. This contract stop's you from competing against the company, it also stops you from talking about projects and taking ideas that the company has. These are the expectations that the company will expect from you.

Development

This agreement is where the Publishers of a game, would hire game developers. The agreement  says what the developers will is getting paid and the time the project has to be finished. For the warranty the developers have to promise that they'll not use any other source codes it has to be original, and the Publishers have to swear that they have the right to make the game.

License

When a game that is based on a film, The Publishers and the owner of the movie/game have to create a contract. The agreement is based upon the Publisher having the rights to make the game that works on the selected platforms. It is also says where the Publishers are able to distribute the game. For example what countries are they allowed. Most of the time the Publishers would try and push for worldwide distribution but the license will only work for 5 years.
